It shall be the duty of this committee to review any or all parts of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws and the provisions contained therein upon receipt of instructions from the President. The committee shall report to the Board of Directors, in writing, any recommended additions, deletions, alterations or clarifications to the existing Articles of Incorporation or By-Laws of the Association.
