Region 7 will hold a membership meeting on Wednesday, February 6th, starting at 6:30 p.m.  The Southern Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility is a 55.5 MGD oxygen activated sludge plant that serves south Broward County.

Region 7 will present a free 1-hour (0.1 CEU) continuing education course, Sodium Hypochlorite (DS/DW/WW02007023, 0.1 CEU), that is applicable to Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant operators and Water Distribution System operators.  If you have taken this course at the FW&PCOA Online Institute this renewal cycle or the last renewal cycle, you may not repeat the course for CEU credit.  Also, pre-registration is required!

The region will provide dinner to the attendees and discuss upcoming events for the new year.  A 50/50 cash raffle will be held at the conclusion of the meeting.

Each attendee must show a photo ID to security upon entering the treatment plant premises.
