Water Distribution 1
Details:
The Level 1 course, the most advanced course for water distribution system operators, examines supervisory concepts, including supervisor functions, leadership styles, conflict resolution, decision making, and motivation. The course also provides a technical review of the concepts introduced in the Level 3 and 2 courses, to best prepare the student to pass the Florida Level 1 exam.

The Level 2 course provides an advanced, in-depth examination of the water distribution system concepts, introduces the student to system administration and organization, and reviews the sections of the Florida Administrative Code that pertain to system monitoring, construction, operation and maintenance, and the actions required for out of compliance systems.
